In the school Emil was often called Bazo. In the village they still use the name behind his back. In a way it's true. Emil is not the smartest in the mountain village where he lives with his father. He thinks slowly, didn't learn to read and writer properly in school. But he knows people and he is empathic.
His brother, Kenneth, is different. Buys himself am excavator, works in Finland and Norway, makes a lot of money and comes to visit with girlfriends in a shiny Mercedes. He brags. And now he dates the beautiful Susanna.
One day Emil and his father receive a letter. His brother is dead. He has had an accident and got crushed under the excavator. They sure could use that Mercedes.
Emil leaves his familiar surroundings and goes to Norway looking for what is left of his brother's belongings. The Mercedes is gone. The brother's girlfriend took the car and vanished the same day as the accident. No one knows where she went. It turns out that Emil inherits an almost new shotgun, a seven year old boy and his brothers' business.
Together Emil and the boy, Kevin, start looking for the Mercedes. Not knowing anything about the dead brother's powerful enemies. But Bazo is a man of action - more than they expect¿
